At the Museum with Nereo

A digital guided tour to discover Leonardo and his inventions

Audioguida

Nereo the bat is ready to guide children around the Leonardo Museum with rhymes, stories and interesting facts about Leonardo’s world.

Description

The Leonardo Museum’s WEB APP offers an audio tour, in Italian and English, designed for families with children.

They will be guided by the mascot Nereo, a curious and playful bat who has lived in the Castle for centuries and loves welcoming young visitors and entertaining them with anecdotes and little pranks: he claims to be a long-time friend of Leonardo da Vinci and, so as not to be outdone by him, makes up poems and rhymes.

Once at the Museum, the accompanying adult must scan the QR code with their smartphone to open the WEB APP and then select the digital tour. The children can then look for the white stickers featuring Nereo’s portrait to discover the Museum’s exhibits and sections.
