Group visits are allowed for up to a maximum of 25 people. For groups of 7 or more, the use of radio guides is mandatory.
Radio guides are also required for all family and adult activities held within the museum itinerary.
Radio guides for visiting groups can be booked through the Tourist Office at a cost of €1.50 each or may be provided by the tour organizer.

Groups visiting without a guide may enter according to ticket availability, which is managed through a time slot reservation system.
